What we do

1. Collect

We collect waste plastic from beaches, homes and businesses across Swansea and Gower.

2. Sort

Plastic is sorted by type and colour. We use a Near-infrared Scanner and buoyancy tests to identify plastic. We currently recycle HDPE (2) and PP (5).

3. Clean

All plastic is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Any plastic that can't be cleaned is removed from the process.

4. Shred

Plastic is shredded into granules and stored safely ready for moulding.

5. Melt

The plastic granules are injection moulded or compression moulded to create our recycled products.
